Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is proud to announce the winners of the Bracco "Leaders on the Horizon" Residency Program.  The "Leaders on the Horizon" Residency program is a flagship Bracco initiative to nurture future thought leaders in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT).

Fifteen third-year residents from the top-rated radiology programs in the United States were selected by their program directors to write an original research paper suitable for publication in a supplement to Applied Radiology.  Through an unrestricted educational grant by Bracco Diagnostics Inc., each resident was invited to attend the 2001 RSNA.

A review board of radiology luminaries selected Ravi Cherukari, MD, for his research paper, "Percutaneous Interventions in the Management of Spinal Pain," and Daniel J. Parker, MD, for his research paper, "Cardiac Gating in MRI Applications" to receive unrestricted educational grants of $5000 from Bracco Diagnostics Inc.
