To help people preparing to travel abroad, for the seventh year running, as from June 1, the Centro Diagnostico Italiano diagnostic center in Milan (CDI) is providing a telephone service offering free medical advice for travelers.
The service is available seven days a week until October 1, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., on (+39) 02 48317304, for the cost of the call only.
Calls will be taken by a CDI specialist, who will provide travelers with all the information they need for a safe journey: advice about healthcare documents to take with them, food items that can be eaten and those to avoid, what to pack in a small personal medical kit and the vaccinations required for travel to more exotic destinations.
