EMBRACING EDUCATION FOR STELLAR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
JOIN BRACCO FROM MARCH 2 - 6 FOR AN INSPIRING VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE AT @ECR 2022 OVERTURE
Education isn’t a phase — it’s an ongoing, lifelong commitment that leads directly to innovative and groundbreaking advancements in medicine and technology. Bracco is proud of our long legacy of intellectual curiosity, a core value of our organization since our founding more than 90 years ago.
Embracing education as the key to progress has enabled us to develop cutting-edge diagnostic imaging solutions with the power to change lives. We’d love to share our journey and learn more about the latest developments in MRI in Abdominal Oncology, as well as CT Technology and Contrast Medium Usage, during ECR 2022, available online from March 2 - 6 and the ECR 2022 Vienna Congress from July 13 - 17.
Upcoming Meetings:
INNOVATION AND PROGRESS IN CT & CONTRAST MEDIUM USAGE
CT TECHNOLOGY SYMPOSIUM - WEDNESDAY, MARCH 2, 11:00 – 12:00
The rapid evolution of CT technology, culminating at present in the widespread availability of dual energy systems, requires adaptation of contrast injection protocols to optimize iodine delivery while minimizing waste.
Introduced and moderated by Pr. Mathias Prokop (Nijmegen, The Netherlands), and with dedicated presentations on specific applications in the abdomen and cardiovascular system by Drs. Joshua Gawlitza (Munich, Germany) and Tommaso D’Angelo (Messina, Italy/Rotterdam, The Netherlands), this symposium addresses the impact of state-of-the-art dual energy CT on contrast medium usage with focus on the benefits of higher iodine concentration contrast media.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 2 - 11:00-12:00
ABDOMINAL ONCOLOGY - THE FUTURE IS NOW
MRI SYMPOSIUM - THURSDAY, MARCH 3, 12:00 – 13:00
The approach to detecting abdominal cancer at MRI varies across organs, and different imaging protocols exist to facilitate accurate diagnosis. The symposium focuses on approaches to detecting and diagnosing different forms of abdominal cancer. Moderated by Pr. Luis Marti-Bonmati (Valencia, Spain) this symposium discusses approaches to diagnosing cancer of the liver (Pr. Alain Luciani; Creteil, France), prostate (Pr. Heinz-Peter Schlemmer; Heidelberg, Germany) and uterus (Pr. Riccardo Manfredi; Rome, Italy). Common problems that might impact diagnosis - and possible solutions - will be discussed.
