Pharmacovigilance Pharmacovigilance is the science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse events or any other drug-related problem, with the aim to improve the care and safety of patients and to contribute to the protection of public health.

Our president Diana Bracco, born in Milan, is President and CEO of the Bracco Group, a healthcare multinational and world leader in imaging diagnostics with a consolidated turnover of over 1.7 billion euros, around 3,700 employees, and a portfolio of over 2,500 patents. Founded in 1927 by Elio Bracco, the pharmaceutical company annually invests 10% of its imaging diagnostics turnover in research and development.
