Our Code of Ethics

It is our “real-world” compass that defines and explains rules of behavior when making decisions that potentially have ethical implications. Procedures and guidelines for
To ensure full compliance with the Bracco Group Code of Ethics as well as the Global Anti-Corruption Program, we have developed a Whistleblowing Policy. The Policy applies to all Bracco Group businesses and goes in-depth with the appropriate practices for receiving, analyzing, and processing reports of suspected conduct that does not comply with internal procedures and applicable external rules and laws.
The Policy is carefully designed to ensure that everybody in the company knows how and where to raise their concerns about all sorts of wrongdoings.
