Projects and partnerships
Supporting local communities
Bracco supports educational and social innovation initiatives in many communities. One our most popular and successful is “We Play the Future,” a program that brings boys and girls together to compete and learn the value of respect, loyalty and sacrifice through sports.
We partner with programs designed to lift up students, children and families, including in the village of Barei (in Benin, West Africa) where we helped create the College Fulvio Bracco to educate youth, create jobs and provide prevention services that help improve quality of life.
Promoting health and wellness
Bracco collaborates with the American Heart Association (AMA) in fundraising activities and participates in the Twin Cities Heart Walk, an event to raise awareness and finance heart research projects. We also support Life Ties, a non-profit group that assists abused teenagers, and the group Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), which provides services for children in foster care.
Another way Bracco supports health and wellness is through educational campaigns that target patients. For instance, Bracco promotes awareness of colorectal cancer and encourages patients to get screened starting at age 45. We do the same for patients with/at risk of prostate cancer, creating platforms where they can learn more, share stories and help educate other patients.
