AiMIFY is Bracco Imaging’s new AI software 

that revolutionizes contrast-enhanced brain MRI, improving image quality and supporting more confident and sustainable diagnoses.

On the path toward increasingly innovative and sustainable healthcare, Bracco Imaging presents AiMIFY, the new technology developed in collaboration with Subtle Medical that promises to transform medical imaging diagnostics. AiMIFY is a deep learning–based software designed to enhance contrast in brain MRI images, offering up to twice the contrast enhancement compared to current standards. 

Thanks to artificial intelligence, AiMIFY enables radiologists to detect even small or poorly enhancing lesions, improving overall image quality and lesion visibility. This translates into more confident clinical decisions, potentially fewer re-scans, and reduced patient exposure to contrast agents, with tangible benefits for both healthcare staff well-being and the environment. 

The technology, already FDA-cleared in the United States and CE marked under EU MDR as a medical device for contrast-enhanced brain MRI, represents a major step forward for radiology: it optimizes the use of contrast agents, maximizes the information obtained from images, and opens new opportunities for collaboration among professionals and industry stakeholders.
