Bracco earns Top Employer Italia 2022

For the third straight year Bracco has earned Top Employer Italia certification from a global HR excellence certification body. Founded 30 years ago, the Top Employer Institute certified over 1,600 companies across 120 countries and 5 continents in 2021.

Top Employer is based on a survey using objective data as to the quality of HR management processes and it marks the successful conclusion of Bracco's three-year programme to be certified as a company of excellence. "This provides clear proof of our robust company culture and the firm's ceaseless attention to the satisfaction and well-being of its staff," explained Caterina Majocchi, Global HR Director for the Bracco Group. "Achieving this for the third straight year is a significant achievement that helps us understand what we need to do to keep improving."

Two initiatives were particularly important in helping Bracco earn Top Employer certification. The first was the BeDIGITAL training programme, which was run in cooperation with MIP (the business school at Milan's Polytechnic) and focused on digital transformation through the development of digital skills and a new digital mindset. The second was the launch of a "VALUES and CONDUCT" campaign that not only expresses a new way of working, but also guides employees on a daily basis.
