How does Bracco support its people?
We turn our commitment to people into action through programs and processes that support safety, development, and well-being. For our employees, this means providing opportunities to grow, supporting their health and well-being, and building a workplace culture based on inclusion, collaboration, and open communication.
We also support the communities where we operate through the Bracco Foundation, which develops initiatives that promote inclusion, knowledge, and social progress across four areas of focus: Art and Science, Welfare and Health, Education, and Gender Equality.

In its first year, 3,741 employees participated in the Bracco Operating Model adoption, creating a feedback network of 594 people that strengthened connections across teams. To support this organizational shift, the company delivered 800 hours of training through workshops focused on business and management, building the leadership, communication, and change management skills needed to sustain the transformation."

Flagship projects
Protecting our people: health and safety actions
Safety is something we all contribute to every day. Through our global “Safety Starts with Me” program, we help employees identify risks, make safe choices, and take an active role in creating a safer workplace. Across our sites, we continue to improve working conditions and reduce risks through initiatives such as employee well-being programs in Canada, safer footwear in Singen, automation projects in Colleretto Giacosa, and improved logistics processes in Heerlen.
Building values through sport
Sport is an important part of Bracco’s commitment to communities, reflecting the values we share, including teamwork, fairness, discipline, and resilience. Through our support of youth sports clubs in Milan and Torviscosa, we help create opportunities for young athletes while strengthening the connection with the communities where we operate.
Creating opportunities in Benin
Bracco supports education and healthcare initiatives in Benin to help strengthen local communities. Through our partnership with Amici dell’Africa Onlus and our involvement with the Collège Fulvio Bracco in Barei, we help create a supportive learning environment for students while working to reduce school dropout. We also improve access to healthcare by donating over 11,000 repurposed medical devices to local hospitals, helping enhance patient care.

Expo 2025 Osaka
The Bracco Group has always firmly believed in the enhancement of Made in Italy excellence and synergies between various countries and cultures. This is why since 2010 with the Shanghai Expo it has participated in major Universal Expositions, from Milan 2015 to Dubai 2020. For Expo 2025 in Osaka, Bracco is Gold Sponsor of Padiglione Italia, and through the project Itō Mancho our presence is an essential part of the exhibition itinerary for the entire semester.

The origins of the Bracco Foundation lie in the heritage of values passed down for nearly a century from the Bracco family and the Bracco Group, fostering a sense of Corporate Social Responsibility. The Foundation aims to create and spread expressions of culture, art, and science as means for improving our quality of life. It pays specific attention to women and younger generations, encouraging social cohesion.
